My journey to self improvement begain I suppose when I was in my super ealy 20s in College.
I loved Limitless, the idea of a pill that can make you the best version of you that can ever exist
Obviously the downsides aside and a few Nootropics reddit rabbit hole threads later
I am pretty certain a single pill that can make you the best version of you that can ever exist, simply does not exist
But I got into Tim Ferriss, Huberman, Rhonda Partick, all the greats.
I could retain a good amount of the info
But now, there is just so much info out there. All science backed, golden nuggets of wisdom that exist, within a shroud of sposored ads, pleasantries, dialogue, filler content ... time and attention I simply did not have to relisten to to remind myself of a valuable protocol
So I built this library.
TheYouuProject is all the tools, protocols, codified, to the most usable, useful tool, or packet of info
All we need to do now, is use the tool, validate the info, track, rinse and repeat.
I can actally make the protocols to living a healthier, happier, longer life, a seamless part of my life.
Overall I am trying to keep this tool free, forever. That is the goal.
